This protection does not cover late packages, undeliverable shipments, or errors in the shipping address on the original order.
Please note if the shipping protection is removed from the order we cannot guarantee a replacement order will be sent. We will always file a claim with the shipping company, if they approve the claim it will be resent, if denied there is nothing further we can do.
