You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened coffee, tea, or other food product will be exchanged for the same product only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for unused merchandise and a 50% restocking fee for merchandise in unusable condition.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit are granted (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
