If I want to use a refillable Kcup, what grind should I look for?

So you've purchased a refillable kcup and would like add our coffee to it.  We recommend experimenting with grinds similar to drip brewing.
Avoid a fine espresso grind setting that could clog the screen or result in poor extraction.
