What to do if you received a wrong item...

Coffee Beanery works very hard to ensure your order is pulled correctly and shipped in a timely manner.  With that being said because we are human, mistakes do happen occasionally.  We apologize greatly if we have made an error with your order.  Once we get your email and photo we will get the replacement out to you right away.

Please reach out to Orders@coffeebeanery.com to report any error in your order. Please also include a picture of the items you ordered so we can send it to quality control to look at.

Errors must be reported within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
