Returned, Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If your shipment is returned to us because the recipient moved/ wrong address, recipient was unavailable or refused the shipment you will be contacted and given the option to re-ship the order back out at shipping cost or refund with a $12 return shipping fee deducted from our return.  Please note there will be an additional $12 return shipping charge.  If the item is refunded we will apply a 20% restocking fee to that order.
