  • I have a subscription - When will I be charged?

    If you have a monthly subscription you will be charged on the 15th of each month. If you have a pre-paid term subscription your will be charged for the full term on the day that you sign up.   • Can I cancel at anytime?

    If you have the monthly recurring subscription you may cancel at anytime. Just login to your account and hit manage subscriptions. If you purchased a pre-paid subscription (3,6, 12 month), once your term ends you will not be charged again. Pre-paid subscriptions are nonrefundable, we are sorry!
  • How do I update my card?

    Sign in to your account, Select Manage Subscription, Select Billing Information, then Update Card.
  • How do I update my Address?

    Sign in to your account, Select Manage Subscription, Select Billing Information, then Edit Address.
  • Shipping fees?

    The Flavor of the Month Subscription is shipped for free in the continental United States. If you were mistakenly charged shipping please contact customerservice@coffeebeanery.com
  • Can I give coffee as a gift?

    Yes! You can order a gift subscription here! We also send a Gift Certificate via email when you order so you may print and present to your special someone.
  • I bought a gift subscription - when will I be charged?

    You will only be charged once when your gift is purchased. Your gift will not automatically renew upon completion.
  • Do I need to register my Gift Subscription to receive the remaining orders?

    No, you do not need to register your gift. You’ll continue to receive your gift shipments whether you registered or not! If you ever wish to update your preferences, you can reach out to us at customerservice@coffeebeanery.com and we’d be happy to help!
  • What happens at the end of the gift period?

    Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew. Once the last order is sent the gift is completed!
  • I bought a gift, Do you have something I can present to the recipient?

    Absolutely! After your purchase, you will receive and email with a printable download to present to your special someone. If you did not receive this email please let us know customerservice@coffeebeanery.com and we can send you a copy.
  • I signed up for a Coffee of the Month Club Subscription box, when will I receive it?
