Occasionally we get orders from customers who have placed two separate orders. Each order is charged shipping. Our shippers do their best to try and catch those orders and combine them into one package to help save on shipping. Please note we are a small family run business, at times we receive hundreds of orders in a short time. Catching duplicate orders or additional orders can become difficult. We cannot always guarantee we will catch these types of orders but will do our best.
