Do your flavored coffees contain Proplyene Glycol?

Propylene glycol (PG) is a colorless, odorless liquid which is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 21 CFR ยง 184.1666, for use as a direct food additive. It is approved by the U.S. FDA for food additive uses. It has no hazard classifications according to OSHA and has been used as a carrier in flavoring substances for years.
PG is extraordinarily safe, and is widely approved for use in food around the world. While PG could be used as anti-freeze, the statements about anti-freeze are due to confusion with ethylene glycol, a toxic, common anti-freeze ingredient that is not permitted for use in food.

Some, but not all, of our flavorings contain PG.
